The Spicy Sampler DIY kit is the best way to see the spicier side of Nebraska Star Beef. It features the spicy seasoning blends: “The Heat”, Peppered, Red Pepper and Sweet & Spicy. Like all of the DIY Kits, it is pre portioned to make 4-5lb batches of jerky. Simply blend one packet of seasoning and one packet of cure in a cup of cold water and add to the 5lb meat block of your choice, mix, marinate, cook and enjoy!!
